Manufacturer Warranty
Many products supplied by TECHSHA LTD include a manufacturer's warranty.
Warranty terms vary depending on the product and brand.
Warranty Claims
Customers may be required to contact the manufacturer directly to process warranty claims.
We will provide reasonable assistance where possible.
Coverage
Manufacturer warranties typically cover:
- Manufacturing defects
- Hardware faults under normal use
Exclusions
Warranties generally do not cover:
- Physical or accidental damage
- Liquid damage
- Misuse or improper installation
- Normal wear and tear
Dead on Arrival (DOA) — Section 5: If a product arrives faulty, you must report it within 48 hours by emailing returns@techsha.co.uk
Inspection
We may require faulty items to be returned for inspection before approving replacements or refunds.
Limitation
TECHSHA LTD is not responsible for data loss, compatibility issues, or indirect damages.
