We deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Tracking
Tracking information will be provided where available.

Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, additional charges may apply.

Lost Parcels
Lost parcels must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date by emailing info@techsha.co.uk. We will investigate with the courier and provide a resolution where appropriate.
